Close Family definition

Close Family means, in relation to a person, that person’s spouse, children and siblings and such other persons as may be agreed to be Close Family from time to time by the Compensation Committee.
Close Family means a spouse or partner, parent, sibling, grandparent, child, and/or grandchild.
Close Family means spouse or partner, parents and children of the deceased.

Examples of Close Family in a sentence

  • Partner affirms that none of its owners, directors, employees, and to its knowledge, third parties involved in the performance of this Agreement is a Politically Exposed Person or Government Official or a Close Family Member of a Government Official (all “Covered Individual”), (i) with the ability, or appearance of ability, to influence the performance of this Agreement or (ii) who will derive any substantial financial benefit in the contractual relationship established by this Agreement.

  • Close Family Members would mean and include the Insured person’s Spouse, children (including adopted and step children), Parents, brother, sister, father in law, mother in law, sister in law, brother in law, son in law, daughter in law, uncle, aunt, grandfather, grandmother, grandson, granddaughter, nephew, and niece.

  • No person who is a Close Family Member of a current Councillor shall be permitted to stand for election to Council and shall not be nominated or otherwise appointed as a Councillor and any purported election, nomination or appointment of such person shall be void.

  • Members of the Credentialing Committee must be Members and may not be either: (i) a current Director up for election; (ii) an employee of the Cooperative or a Related Entity; or (iii) a Close Family Member of any nominee.
