Close Family definition

Close Family means, in relation to a person, that person’s spouse, children and siblings and such other persons as may be agreed to be Close Family from time to time by the Compensation Committee.
Close Family means a spouse or partner, parent, sibling, grandparent, child, and/or grandchild.

Close Family of a leader means a parent, brother, sister, spouse, nephew, niece or child including a person:
