CLOSING AND POSSESSION. (a) Closing shall be held within 10 days after Seller’s abstracting obligations under this Agreement have been met at Xxxxxx Cooperative, of Ames, Iowa or at such other place as may be mutually agreed upon by Seller and Buyer.
CLOSING AND POSSESSION. This Contract shall be closed on or before _October 10 , 20 24 , or at such other time as may be mutually agreed in writing. Possession is subject to the right of any tenants in possession. The parties agree that possession of said property is to be delivered to Buyer on or before October 10 , 20 24 . Seller will / will not (strike one), subject to tenant in possession rights, agree to allow Buyer the right, following fall harvesting, to enter the farm property for the purpose of performing land husbandry, customary tillage, application of fertilizer and lime, soil conservation practices and soil testing.

CLOSING AND POSSESSION. The parties agree to make final settlement on or before: January 07, 2021. “Time is of the essence in closing this Agreement’. Every effort will be made to honor the above closing date, but all parties agree to extend this date, if requested by the closing agent.
CLOSING AND POSSESSION. The parties agree to make final settlement on or before April 2, 2018. Seller will not give buyer possession before closing, Seller will give full possession at closing.
CLOSING AND POSSESSION. The Closing of the purchase and sale contemplated herein shall occur on or before the Closing Date as provided in Section 3. The Closing shall take place at 10:00 a.m. local time at the offices of the Title Company in Chaska, Minnesota, or at such other place and time as may be acceptable to Seller and Buyer. Seller agrees to deliver possession of the Property to Buyer on Closing Date. The following documents shall be provided at Closing:
