Closing Valuation Time definition

Closing Valuation Time means (18:30 Central European Time as of the Index Launch Date and as may be modified by the Index Calculation Agent after consultation with the Index Sponsor from time to time thereafter).
Closing Valuation Time means 18:30 Central European Time as of the Underlying Strategy Basket Launch Date and as may be modified by the Underlying Strategy Basket Calculation Agent from time to time thereafter.

  • For purposes of paragraph 1.1(a), Target's net value shall be (a) the value of the Assets computed as of the close of regular trading on the New York Stock Exchange ("NYSE") on the date of the Closing ("Valuation Time"), using the valuation procedures set forth in Acquiring Fund's then-current prospectus and statement of additional information ("SAI"), less (b) the amount of the Liabilities as of the Valuation Time.

  • The quantity of each Index Component as of the Rebalancing Date is determined using the last available prices of each stock as at the Closing Valuation Time of the Review Date immediately preceding such Rebalancing Date so that the Index would be equiweighted if it were to be rebalanced at the close of such Review Date.

Closing Valuation Time means, the actual closing time for normal trading on the Exchange or Affiliated Exchange on the Scheduled Trading Day in question or, if earlier, the closing time (if given) of the Exchange or Affiliated Exchange for the execution of orders at the time the quote is given.

Related to Closing Valuation Time

  • Closing Value means, as of a particular date, the value of a Share determined by the closing sales price for such Share (or the closing bid, if no sales were reported) as quoted on The New York Stock Exchange for the last market trading day prior to the date of determination, as reported in The Wall Street Journal or such other source as the Administrator deems reliable.

  • RI Closing Value means, in respect of a Reference Item and a ST Valuation Date, the Settlement Level (as defined in the Equity Linked Conditions) on such ST Valuation Date.

  • Company Valuation means $135,000,000.

  • Call Valuation Date means the first Scheduled Trading Day of the month following the expiry of 35 calendar days after the Issuer’s Call Date. For the avoidance of doubt, the 35 calendar day period is mandatory and non- waivable by either the Issuer or the Holder.

  • Closing Stock Price means the average closing price of one share of Common Stock for the twenty consecutive trading days that include and immediately precede the last day of the Performance Period.

  • Valuation Time means the close of business in the city of the Valuation Agent on the Local Business Day before the Valuation Date or date of calculation, as applicable, provided that the calculations of Value and Exposure will be made as of approximately the same time on the same date.

  • Bid Valuation Date means January 15, 2010.

  • ST Valuation Date means the Redemption Valuation Date.

  • FX Valuation Date means the FX Calculation Date immediately following the respective Valuation Date.

  • MFP Valuation Date means the MFP Settlement Valuation Date;

The Carrying Value of any property shall be adjusted from time to time in accordance with Sections 5.5(d)(i) and 5.5(d)(ii) and to reflect changes, additions or other adjustments to the Carrying Value for dispositions and acquisitions of Partnership properties, as deemed appropriate by the General Partner.

  • Initial Valuation Date means the Issue Date, provided that if such day is not an Exchange Business Day for a Share then the Initial Valuation Date for that Share will be the first succeeding day that is an Exchange Business Day, subject to the occurrence of a Market Disruption Event. See “DESCRIPTION OF THE NOTES – Market Disruption Event” below for further detail.

  • Exercise Valuation Date means the first Scheduled Trading Day of the month following the expiry of 35 calendar days after the Exercise Date. For the avoidance of doubt, the 35 calendar day period is mandatory and non-waivable by either the Issuer or the Holder.

  • Closing Cash Amount shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.8(b).

  • Pre-Closing Tax Periods means any and all Tax periods that end on or before the Closing Date and the portion of any Straddle Period ending at the end of day on which the Closing occurs.

  • SPS Valuation Date means the SPS Redemption Valuation Date or the Strike Date, as applicable.

  • Final Valuation Date means the Final Valuation Date as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data. If the Final Valuation Date is not a Calculation Date the immediately following Banking Day which is a Calculation Date shall be the Final Valuation Date.

  • Estimated Closing Balance Sheet has the meaning set forth in Section 2.6(a).

  • Post-Closing Adjustment has the meaning set forth in Section 2.04(b)(ii).

  • Heating Value means the heat released by combustion of one pound of waste or fuel measured in Btu on an as received basis. For solid fuels, the heating value shall be determined by use of ASTM Standard D2015-66.
