Cloud Products definition

Cloud Products means our hosted or cloud-based solutions (currently designated as “Cloud” deployments) provided to you under the Agreement, including any client software we provide as part of the Cloud Products.

Cloud Products means Xpand IT Software hosted in the cloud.

Cloud Products or “Product(s)” refers to Arcserve Cloud Services, Arcserve File Backup and Recovery with Backup Analyzer, Arcserve Cloud Backup, and other off-premises backup solutions offered by Arcserve. The Cloud Products include software associated with, and necessary to the delivery of the Services, together with Documentation. Arcserve Software, however, is separately licensed and sold.

• Unless otherwise specified in the applicable Product-Specific Terms, the Security Measures apply to all Atlassian Cloud Products (other than No-Charge Products or Free and Beta Products) that are available under the Agreement.

• The term “Customer Data“ means any data, content or materials provided to Atlassian by or at the direction of Customer or its End Users via the Cloud Products, including from Third-Party Products.
