Hosting Facility definition

Hosting Facility or “Hosting Provider” means a mining facility or data center owned, leased, operated or reserved by Compass or Compass partners or affiliates.
Hosting Facility means the facility and equipment used to host the Licensed Software and through which the Services are provided.
Hosting Facility means any third party hosting facility or facilities used by gomo or its Affiliates hosting gomo learning, gomo video and/or the Portal (currently with Amazon Web Services) as may be changed from time to time by gomo in accordance with this Agreement.

Examples of Hosting Facility in a sentence

  • If designated by Customer, Hardware to the Delivery Point may be a Hosting Facility operated by Compass for provision of Hosting Service pursuant to a separate Compass Hosting Service Agreement entered into with Compass, Compass’ agents, or a third party for hosting.

  • Further, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Compass, upon arranging for delivery of the Hardware to Customer directly or to a non-Compass hosting facility, such Hardware is ineligible for hosting at a Compass Hosting Facility or for any returns, refunds or exchanges.

  • When Hardware is delivered to a non-Compass approved and operated Hosting Facility, Customer shall be solely responsible for the installation, maintenance and operation of the Hardware and Compass has no further obligations whatsoever.


More Definitions of Hosting Facility

Hosting Facility means the facility that houses the servers that the software runs on and the electronic data is stored on.
Hosting Facility means any third-party hosting facility or facilities used by Instilled or its Affiliates in providing the Subscription Services (currently with Amazon Web Services) as may be changed from time to time by Instilled in accordance with this Agreement.

RoseASP warrants that its current facilities are redundant, linked by private fiber, and have a diesel-backed Uninterruptible Power Supply. RoseASP may change the location of the Hosting Facility at any time during the Term with the Customer’s consent, which will not be unreasonably withheld.
Hosting Facility means the hosting facility procured by Customer in accordance with clause 3.2.
