Cloud System definition

Cloud System means the hardware, software, and systems (whether owned or operated by OneStream or otherwise) that OneStream uses to provide the functionality of the Software at the Demarcation Point.
Cloud System means a combination of hardware, software and networking elements that comprise an information technology system and which includes Hosted Virtual Desktops, virtual servers, storage, cross connect, firewall capacity, additional RAM or CPUs, dedicated bandwidth and application virtualization ordered by Customer through the Services Description. The Cloud System may consist of a dedicated system for the use of Customer only, the right to use certain parts of a shared system that DevCare maintains for many customers or a combination of some dedicated elements and some shared elements.
Cloud System means the cloud based hosting service used by the customer, examples of which include but are not limited to Microsoft Azure® and Amazon Web Services (AWS);
