Shared System definition

Shared System as herein used means Gathering System A or Gathering System B, as applicable.
Shared System means a transactional or analytic system used by Seller or any of its Affiliates that is not Transferred Seller Software and that contains Business Information. For the avoidance of doubt, “Shared System” excludes any Backup System.

Shared System means a private sewage disposal system which serves multiple buildings wherein persons reside, congregate or are employed, not to exceed the capacity described under “private sewage disposal system.” The system must, at a minimum, share secondary treatment components, or be located on a dedicated outlot or parcel identified as being for secondary treatment, and wastewater must be generated from 2 or more parcels to be considered shared. Subsurface treatment will be preferred as the first option.

COA AFD and A/TCEMS Records Management System (COA-AFD RMS) means an incident reporting system which also allows for management of data relating to personnel, fleet, patient records, building inspections, and other business needs specific to the AFD and A/TCEMS Departments. COA Police Records Management System (COA-APD RMS) means an incident reporting system which also allows for management of data relating to personnel, fleet, facilities, and other business needs specific to the Police Department, integrated with the Computer Aided Dispatch System and accessible to law enforcement agencies of other municipal and governmental entities. Xxxxxx County Law Enforcement Records Management System (TCLE RMS) means an incident reporting system which also allows for management of data relating to warrants, investigation, personnel and other business needs specific to the County’s Sheriff’s Office and Constables.
