Shared System definition

Shared System as herein used means Gathering System A or Gathering System B, as applicable.

Shared System means a transactional or analytic system used by Seller or any of its Affiliates that is not a Purchased IT Asset and that contains Books and Records. For the avoidance of doubt, “Shared System” excludes any Backup System.

More Definitions of Shared System

Shared System means (i) the Joint Tariff System upstream of the Three Rivers Measurement Station, (ii) the System upstream of the Three Rivers Measurement Station, and (iii) the Three Rivers System.

Computer Aided Dispatch System (CAD) means a regional system to be used by multiple governmental agencies in Xxxxxx County for sharing data. Interfaces with 9-1-1 call taking systems, Xxxxxx County Sheriff’s Records Management System, City of Austin Public Safety Records Management Systems, and TxDOT ITS, including all related interfaces resulting in improved situation management during public safety emergencies. COA AFD and A/TCEMS Records Management System (COA-AFD RMS) means an incident reporting system which also allows for management of data relating to personnel, fleet, patient records, building inspections, and other business needs specific to the AFD and A/TCEMS Departments. COA Police Records Management System (COA-APD RMS) means an incident reporting system which also allows for management of data relating to personnel, fleet, facilities, and other business needs specific to the Police Department, integrated with the Computer Aided Dispatch System and accessible to law enforcement agencies of other municipal and governmental entities. Xxxxxx County Law Enforcement Records Management System (TCLE RMS) means an incident reporting system which also allows for management of data relating to warrants, investigation, personnel and other business needs specific to the County’s Sheriff’s Office and Constables.
