Resort definition

Resort means the complete and entire Burswood Island Resort (including the Resort Complex) referred to in the Development Proposals, to be constructed and developed on the Site and the Resort Site pursuant to and in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement;

• The proceeds from all insurance claims, except life and injury, shall be paid to the Concessionaire and it shall notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, apply such proceeds towards payment of Damages and balance remaining, if any, shall be applied for any necessary repair, reconstruction, reinstatement, replacement, improvement in the Resort and Project Infrastructure, in accordance with the provisions contained in this behalf in the Financing Agreements.

Resort means all the buildings, installations, structures, facilities, machinery, equipment, tools, furniture, fixture and fittings, cutlery and crockery and linen forming part of or are directly associated with the operation and management of the Resort.
