CMU Instrument Position Report definition

CMU Instrument Position Report means the instrument position report showing the aggregate nominal value of the instrument specified therein held by CMU Members in the CMU securities accounts, as prepared from time to time by the CMU, and provided to the relevant paying agent of such instrument, in the form shown in Appendix E.2 of the CMU Manual;

Examples of CMU Instrument Position Report in a sentence

  • Payments of principal or interest (if any) in respect of such global Note will be made to the persons for whose account a particular nominal amount of Notes represented by such global Note is credited as being held by the CMU Operator at the relevant time, as notified to the CMU Lodging and Paying Agent by the CMU Operator in a relevant CMU Instrument Position Report or in any other relevant notification by the CMU Operator.

  • Without prejudice to the foregoing and the Conditions, as long as any Bonds are represented by the Global Certificate held on behalf of the CMU operator, the Fiscal Agent shall, forthwith upon receipt of any notice to the holders from the Issuer pursuant to Condition 18, deliver the notice to the persons shown in a CMU Instrument Position Report issued by the CMU on the second Business Day preceding the date of despatch of such notice as holding interests in the Global Certificate.

  • So long as the Bonds are represented by this Global Certificate and this Global Certificate is held on behalf of CMU or any Alternative Clearing System, notices to Bondholders may be given by delivery of the relevant notice to the persons shown in a CMU Instrument Position Report issued by the CMU or, as the case may be, the Alternative Clearing System rather than by publication as required by the Conditions.

  • If this Global Certificate is held by the CMU Service, payment of interest or principal shall be made by the CMU Lodging and Paying Agent to the person for whose account a relevant interest in this Global Certificate is credited as being held by the CMU Service at the relevant time as notified to the CMU Lodging and Paying Agent by the CMU Service in a relevant CMU Instrument Position Report (as defined in the CMU Rules) or any other relevant notification by the CMU Service.

  • CREFC® Operating Statement Analysis Report The monthly report in the “Operating Statement Analysis Report” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Condition Report means a condition report with respect to a Group II Vehicle, signed and dated by a Lessee or a Franchisee and any Manufacturer or its agent in accordance with the applicable Vehicle Disposition Program.

  • CREFC® Modification Posting Instructions Template A report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “Modification Posting Instructions Template” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Transaction Report is that certain report of transactions and schedule of collections in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C.

  • CREFC® Investor Reporting Package® shall have the meaning assigned to such term or an analogous term in the Servicing Agreement.

  • Operating Statement Analysis Report format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Valuation Report means the valuation report or reports for mortgage purposes, in the form of the pro-forma contained in the Standard Documentation, obtained by the Seller from a Valuer in respect of each Mortgaged Property or a valuation report in respect of a valuation made using a methodology which would be acceptable to a reasonable prudent mortgage lender;

  • Collection Report means the monthly report prepared by the Primary Servicer setting forth, with respect to each Mortgage Loan and the most recently ended Collection Period prior to the due date of such report, the information described on Exhibit G attached hereto.

  • CREFC® Total Loan Report The report in the “Total Loan Report” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Verification Report As defined in Section 4.19.

  • Pick Up Report means the report detailing the number of sleeping rooms per day actually used out of the Program’s room block.

  • MI Report means a report containing Management Information submitted to the Authority in accordance with Framework Schedule 8 (Management Information);

  • Information Package means the most recent compilation of financial and other data with respect to the Failed Bank, including any amendments or supplements thereto, provided to the Assuming Institution by the Corporation on the web site used by the Corporation to market the Failed Bank to potential acquirers.

  • Evaluation Report means that document which becomes a part of the employee’s personnel file.

  • CREFC® Financial File The data file in the “CREFC® Financial File” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • CREFC® Loan Modification Report Template A report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “Loan Modification Report Template” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Sustainability Report means the annual non-financial disclosure form according to the GRI Standard for Sustainability Reporting publicly reported by the Borrower and published on an Internet or intranet website to which each Lender and the Administrative Agent has or has been granted access free of charge.

  • Property Condition Report means a report prepared by a company satisfactory to Lender regarding the physical condition of the Property, satisfactory in form and substance to Lender in its sole discretion.

  • MI Reporting Template means the form of report set out in the Annex to Framework Schedule 8 (Management Information) setting out the information the Supplier is required to supply to the Authority;

  • CREFC® Investor Reporting Package (IRP) Collectively: (a) the following nine data files (and any other files as may be, or have been, adopted and promulgated by CREFC® as part of the CREFC® Investor Reporting Package (IRP) from time to time): (i) CREFC® Loan Setup File, (ii) CREFC® Loan Periodic Update File, (iii) CREFC® Property File, (iv) CREFC® Bond Level File, (v) CREFC® Financial File, (vi) CREFC® Collateral Summary File, (vii) CREFC® Special Servicer Loan File, (viii) CREFC® Special Servicer Property File and (ix) CREFC® Schedule AL File;

  • Attestation Report As defined in Section 3.17.

  • Compliance Statement is that certain statement in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B.
