Code42 Subscription Services definition

Code42 Subscription Services means the products and services made available to you pursuant to this Agreement on a subscription basis and as identified on each Quote; specifically, one or more of the following: Public Cloud storage, Private Cloud storage, Managed Private Cloud storage and Monitoring, Support, and access to the Software and Master Server.
Code42 Subscription Services means the products and services made available to and purchased by Customer pursuant to this Agreement on a subscription basis and as identified on each Quote; specifically, one or more of the following: Public Cloud storage, Private Cloud storage, Managed Private Cloud storage and Monitoring, Support, and access to the Software and Master Server.

  • The Software uses industry standard, strong encryption algorithms to encrypt Customer’s files and secure Customer’s Data that Customer backs-up with the Code42 Subscription Services prior to any transmission from the Device where the Customer Data resides.

  • Code42 reserves the right to suspend any Code42 Subscription Services, Professional Services and/or Transition Services until such amounts are paid in full.

  • If the legislature disapproves of the way the RTA exercised its 6 Ordinarily, an act passed by the legislature does not become effective until ninety days after the legislature has adjourned.

  • Code42 Subscription Services may require activation via a license key, which will require an Internet connection to complete activation.

  • Customer shall use commercially reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized access to, or use of, the Code42 Subscription Services and shall notify Code42 promptly of any unauthorized use of which it becomes aware.

  • In addition to any Customer responsibilities and related requirements noted in this Agreement, a Quote or a SOW, Customer is responsible for all actions of its Authorized Users while accessing and using the Code42 Subscription Services and Software, including without limitation, use of user names, passwords or other login credentials of Customer.

  • Additional Code42 Subscription Services may be added during a Subscription Term as described in Section 2.

Related to Code42 Subscription Services

  • Subscription Services means SAP’s then-current subscription services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Subscription Service means the ServiceNow software-as-a-service offering ordered by Customer under an Order Form, Use Authorization or other signed ordering document between ServiceNow and Customer.

  • Subscription Software means software provided and hosted in the Computing Environment by SAP on a subscription basis as part of the HEC Subscription offering as identified in the Order Form.

  • Interconnection Service(s) means any Interconnection, Resale Services, 251(c)(3) UNEs, Collocation, functions, facilities, products or services offered under this Agreement.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Collection Services means all of the duties and obligations of the Contractor hereunder.

  • Distribution Services means the service of distribution, as defined in section 5 of the Act;

  • Passenger Services means, those railway passenger services provided by or on behalf of the Beneficiary pursuant to the permission to use track granted in accordance with the Track Access Agreement;

  • Purchased Services means Services that You or Your Affiliate purchase under an Order Form, as distinguished from those provided pursuant to a free trial.

  • Subscriber Management System means a system or device which stores the subscriber records and details with respect to name, address and other information regarding the hardware being utilized by the subscriber, channels or bouquets of channels subscribed by the subscriber, price of such channels or bouquets of channels as defined in the system, the activation or deactivation dates and time for any channel or bouquets of channels, a log of all actions performed on a subscriber’s record, invoices raised on each subscriber and the amounts paid or discount allowed to the subscriber for each billing period;

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • User Subscriptions means the user subscriptions purchased by the Customer and set out in the Subscription Order Form which entitle Authorised Users to access and use the Services in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Application Services means the hosted applications and related services as described in Exhibit A.

  • Optional Services means services that a USF Service Provider is authorized but not required to provide pursuant to the USF Services and Subsidy Agreement and any Licences held by a USF Service Provider;

  • Installation Services means all those services ancillary to the supply of the Plant and Equipment for the Facilities, to be provided by the Contractor under the Contract; e.g., transportation and provision of marine or other similar insurance, inspection, expediting, site preparation works (including the provision and use of Contractor’s Equipment and the supply of all construction materials required), installation, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, operations, maintenance, the provision of operations and maintenance manuals, training, etc.

  • Training Services means access to Red Hat training courses, including online courses or courses provided at a site as may be agreed by the parties.

  • Voice Services means the telecommunications services to be provided to you under Part A and as specified in your Application.

  • Broadband Services means Verizon's Fios or DSL-based Internet services (whichever applies). Verizon's DSL-based Internet service is also known as "High Speed Internet" ("HSI").

  • Processing Services means those services which are necessary to issue and service a Card and process a Transaction in accordance with Applicable Law.

  • Digital Cross Connect System or "DCS" is a function which provides automated Cross Connection of Digital Signal Level 0 (DS0) or higher transmission bit rate digital channels within physical interface facilities. Types of DCS include but are not limited to DCS 1/0s, DCS 3/1s, and DCS 3/3s, where the nomenclature 1/0 denotes interfaces typically at the DS1 rate or greater with Cross Connection typically at the DS0 rate. This same nomenclature, at the appropriate rate substitution, extends to the other types of DCS specifically cited as 3/1 and 3/3. Types of DCS that cross connect Synchronous Transport Signal level 1 (STS-1 s) or other Synchronous Optical Network (SONET) signals (e.g., STS-3) are also DCS, although not denoted by this same type of nomenclature. DCS may provide the functionality of more than one of the aforementioned DCS types (e.g., DCS 3/3/1 which combines functionality of DCS 3/3 and DCS 3/1). For such DCS, the requirements will be, at least, the aggregation of requirements on the "component" DCS. In locations where automated Cross Connection capability does not exist, DCS will be defined as the combination of the functionality provided by a Digital Signal Cross Connect (DSX) or Light Guide Cross Connect (LGX) patch panels and D4 channel banks or other DS0 and above multiplexing equipment used to provide the function of a manual Cross Connection. Interconnection is between a DSX or LGX to a Switch, another Cross Connection, or other service platform device.
