Cognizant Security Office definition

Cognizant Security Office means an organizational unit to which the head of a CSA delegates authority to administer industrial security services on behalf of the CSA.

Cognizant Security Office means Recipient’s FSO, the term “Contract” shall mean this Agreement, the term “Subcontract” shall mean any lower-tiered subcontract issued by Provider. The Provider shall comply with the National Industry Security Program Operating Manual (DoD 5220.22-M) and any revisions to that manual (“NISPOM”); UL Standard for National Industrial Security Systems (“UL 2050”), UL Standard for Central Station Alarm Services (“UL 827”), Intelligence Community Directive 700 through 705 (“ICD 700 series”), Physical Security of Arms Ammunition and Explosives (“AAE”), Physical Security Standards for Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (“DCID 6-9”); and Physical Security Standards for Special Access Program Facilities (“JAFAN 6-9”), where applicable to Recipient Data. Cognizant Security Office will mean Company, the term “Contract” will mean the Agreement, and the term “Subcontract” will mean any lower-tiered subcontract issued by Supplier. Supplier will comply with the National Industry Security Program Operating Manual (DoD 5220.22-M) and any revisions to that manual.
