Information facilities. The commissioner may contract to permit a vendor to construct, operate, and maintain additional information structures by and at the expense of the vendor on state-owned lands within safety rest areas or travel information center areas. All structures constructed by the vendor must meet or exceed specifications prescribed by the commissioner of transportation and must satisfy the requirements of the State Building Code for accessibility by the physically disabled. The vendor shall design all structures to enhance the site and surroundings in a manner harmonious with the natural environment as determined by the commissioner.

Information facilities. A few information surfaces can be found in the Building, helping the orientation and information collecting of the residents and guest. Advertisements can be placed only on these surfaces.

It must show or be accompanied by detail sheets showing pertinent details, such as the location of waterlines, drains, unions, and valves. Also include detailed drawings showing changes in water-treatment and wastewater systems.

  • Interconnection Facilities 4.1.1 The Interconnection Customer shall pay for the cost of the Interconnection Facilities itemized in Attachment 2 of this Agreement. The NYISO, in consultation with the Connecting Transmission Owner, shall provide a best estimate cost, including overheads, for the purchase and construction of its Interconnection Facilities and provide a detailed itemization of such costs.
