Coherus Trademarks means the trademarks set forth in Exhibit 1.18 (Coherus Trademarks), which may be updated by Coherus from time to time during the Term by providing notice to Licensee.

  • Licensed Intellectual Property Rights means any Intellectual Property Rights owned by a third party that a Person has a right to use, exploit or practice by virtue of a license grant, immunity from Legal Action or otherwise.

  • Transferred Trademarks means the Trademarks, and applications for Trademarks, included in the Transferred Registered Intellectual Property.
