Collaboration IND definition

Collaboration IND means the IND that includes the Protocol.
Collaboration IND means, individually or collectively (as applicable), any or all INDs that include a Protocol, as further described in Section 2.3.

Examples of Collaboration IND in a sentence

  • Subject to the ownership provisions of Sections 5.1, 5.3 and 6.1, Corvus shall own all right, title and interest in and to the Collaboration IND and related Regulatory Documentation.

  • Any amendments to the Protocol shall be reviewed and approved by Genentech in accordance with Section 3.1. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Corvus shall be responsible for preparing and filing all necessary Regulatory Documentation for the Collaboration IND and the Study.

  • The Protocol for such Collaboration IND is set forth in Exhibit A.

  • Genentech shall provide to Syndax those portions of the investigator’s brochure (and any updates) for the Genentech Compound that pertain to safety information and are necessary to submit or amend the Collaboration IND or to conduct the Study.

  • Promptly after the Effective Date, and during the Study, each Party shall provide a Right of Cross-Reference to the existing IND for its Compound to the extent necessary to allow the Study to be conducted under the Collaboration IND.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the Collaboration IND will not be a combination IND.

  • Kite will be responsible for fulfilling all regulatory reporting obligations with regard to the Study and the Collaboration IND and such requirements will be documented in the PV Agreement.

  • Promptly, but no later than ten (10) business days, after the Effective Date, Humanigen shall provide to Kite a letter of cross-reference authorizing Kite to reference Humanigen INDs for the Humanigen Investigational Product as reasonably necessary to support the Study under the existing Collaboration IND maintained by Kite.

  • The Protocol for such Collaboration IND is to be mutually agreed to by the JDC and based on the Kite protocol synopsis set forth in Exhibit A.

  • The Party who is designated to be Lead Party, as the sponsor of record of the Combined Therapy Collaboration IND shall prepare, file, maintain and solely own all Regulatory Documentation (including the applicable Combined Therapy Collaboration IND) associated with the Combined Therapy Collaboration IND.

Related to Collaboration IND

  • Collaboration Target means the Initial Collaboration Targets set forth on Exhibit F and any Additional Target or Substitute Target that is selected in accordance with Section 3.3 of this Agreement.

  • Collaboration Term has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.

  • Collaboration Compound means any of the following: (a) FG-4592, (b) any HIF Compound (other than FG-4592) that is added to this Agreement pursuant to Section 3.6, and (c) any salts, esters, complexes, chelates, crystalline and amorphous morphic forms, pegylated forms, enantiomers (excluding regioisomers), prodrugs, solvates, metabolites and catabolites of any of the foregoing ((a) or (b)).

  • Collaboration IP means Collaboration Know-How and Collaboration Patents.

  • Research Program Term has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.

  • Collaboration has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Collaboration Product means a pharmaceutical product containing or comprising Compound in any dosage form alone, or in combination with, one or more other pharmaceutically active ingredients, and any and all Improvements thereto.

  • Collaboration Know-How means all Know-How conceived, discovered, developed or otherwise made by or on behalf of a particular Party or any of its Affiliates or permitted subcontractors of any of the foregoing (solely or jointly by or on behalf of a particular Party or any of its Affiliates or permitted subcontractors of any of the foregoing) in the course of [***].

  • Research Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Research Program has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Development Program means the implementation of the development plan.

  • Collaboration Patents means any and all Patents that claim or cover any of the Collaboration Know-How.

  • Collaboration Patent Rights means Patent Rights claiming Collaboration Know-How.

  • Research Term has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Collaboration Agreement has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • Collaborative agreement means a voluntary, written, or electronic arrangement between one

  • Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Development Candidate means a Compound that meets the Development Candidate Criteria for the initiation of a Development Program for the treatment of CF, and which is the subject of a notice from Vertex to CFFT that Vertex intends to commence formal pre-clinical development of the Compound in the Field pursuant to the provisions of Section 3.1 hereof.

  • Collaborating physician means the physician who,

  • Development Activities means those activities which are normally undertaken for the development, construction, repair, renovation, rehabilitation or conversion of buildings for residential purposes, including the acquisition of property;

  • Research Project means a discrete scientific endeavor to answer a research question or a set of research questions related to medical marijuana and is required for a medical marijuana research license.

  • Commercialization Costs means the sum of the following costs and expenses incurred by the Parties or their respective Affiliates, in Commercializing the Shared Products (and related Manufacturing activities) in the Territory, in each case, to the extent incurred in accordance with the Commercialization Plan and Commercialization Budget:

  • Massive Multiauthor Collaboration Site (or “MMC Site”) means any World Wide Web server that publishes copyrightable works and also provides prominent facilities for anybody to edit those works. A public wiki that anybody can edit is an example of such a server. A “Massive Multiauthor Collaboration” (or “MMC”) contained in the site means any set of copyrightable works thus published on the MMC site.
