Collateral Management Report a report to be delivered by Customer to IBM Credit from time to time, as provided herein, signed by the chief executive officer or chief financial officer of Customer, substantially in the form and detail of Attachment F hereto, detailing and certifying, among other items: a summary of Customer's inventory on hand financed by IBM Credit and Customer's Eligible Accounts, the amounts and aging of all of Customer's Accounts, Customer's inventory on hand financed by IBM Credit by quantity, type, model, Authorized Supplier's invoice price to Customer and the total of the line item values for all inventory listed on the report, the amounts and aging of Customer's accounts payable as of a specified date, all of Customer's IBM Credit borrowing activity during a specified period and the total amount of Customer's Borrowing Base as well as Customer's Outstanding A/R Advances, Outstanding Product Advances, Available Credit and any Shortfall Amount as of a specified date.
Collateral Management Report. A statement substantially in the form of Exhibit K and signed by a Responsible Officer of the Collateral Manager including (A) for each such statement delivered on a Reporting Date, (a) a calculation of the Borrowing Base as of the immediately prior Determination Date, (b) the Loan Tape calculated as of the most recent Determination Date, (c) in any month in which a Payment Date occurs, amounts to be remitted pursuant to Section 2.7 or Section 2.8, as applicable, to the applicable parties (which shall include any applicable wiring instructions of the parties receiving payment), and (d) each other section of the Collateral Management Report as of the immediately prior Determination Date, and (B) for each other statement, (a) a calculation of the Borrowing Base as of such date of determination and (b) the Loan Tape calculated as of such date of determination, provided that it is understood that other sections of the Loan Tape shall be current only as of the last Determination Date.
Collateral Management Report has the meaning assigned to that term in Section 6.07(b).

The Collateral Manager shall further include a statement as to the amount of Principal Collections and Interest Collections on deposit in the Principal Collection Account and the Interest Collection Account on each Reporting Date in the Collateral Management Report delivered pursuant to Section 6.8(c).
The Collateral Manager shall deliver a Collateral Management Report and a Borrowing Base Certificate on each Reporting Date and each Funding Date to the Administrative Agent, the Collateral Agent, each Lender and the Borrower.
At any time a Noteless Loan is included in the Collateral, the Collateral Manager shall deliver to the Borrower, the Administrative Agent and the Collateral Agent a copy of the related Loan Register, together with a certificate of a Responsible Officer of the Collateral Manager certifying to the accuracy of such Loan Register as of the date of acquisition of such Noteless Loan by the Borrower, all of which information may be included in the applicable Collateral Management Report.
The Borrower shall cause the Collateral Manager to report the amount of Principal Collections and Interest Collections on deposit in the Principal Collection Account and the Interest Collection Account, in each case on each Reporting Date in the Collateral Management Report delivered pursuant to Section 6.07(b).
Each Collateral Management Report shall be signed by an Authorized Person of the Collateral Manager and the Borrower and shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit K.
