Collateral Security Instrument definition

Collateral Security Instrument means any right, document or instrument, other than the Mortgages, given as security for the Loan, including, without limitation and the Contract Assignment.
Collateral Security Instrument means any right, document or instrument, other than an REO Mortgage, given as security for the Loan (including, without limitation, the Pledge Agreement, each Management Subordination and each Contract Assignment, as same may be amended or modified from time to time).
