Collocation Services definition

Collocation Services means the provision of an allocation of physical space, and access to an allocation of power, provided within a Data Centre;
Collocation Services as defined in Section 7.2 hereof.
Collocation Services has the meaning given such term in Section 3.02.

More Definitions of Collocation Services

Collocation Services as used in the Carrier Services Agreement. CTC's right to obtain Additional POP Collocation Service shall be subject to availability, as determined in Williams' xxxx xxd reasonable discretion, and shall be provided at Williams' xxxxxxxd rates in effect at the time CTC request such additional space. Such POP Collocation Services shall be granted only by mutual execution of a Collocation Service Order(s), an example of which is attached to this Exhibit as Attachment III. 1.4
Collocation Services means allowing an Access Seeker to locate their equipment on Grant Funded Infrastructure in accordance with the process set out in part C of this Schedule;

Related to Collocation Services

  • Interconnection Service(s) means any Interconnection, Resale Services, 251(c)(3) UNEs, Collocation, functions, facilities, products or services offered under this Agreement.

  • Installation Services means all those services ancillary to the supply of the Plant and Equipment for the Facilities, to be provided by the Contractor under the Contract; e.g., transportation and provision of marine or other similar insurance, inspection, expediting, site preparation works (including the provision and use of Contractor’s Equipment and the supply of all construction materials required), installation, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, operations, maintenance, the provision of operations and maintenance manuals, training, etc.
