Combined Board definition

Combined Board means the body of the Company consisting of the Supervisory Board members in office and the Executive Board members in office;
Combined Board means the board of directors of Pantheon Cayman following the Closing.
Combined Board means the combined board of the supervisory board and the Management Board of the Company.
