Combined Capital Expenditures definition

Combined Capital Expenditures means for any period the gross additions to property, plant and equipment and other capital expenditures of the Combined Companies determined on a Combined Basis for such period.
Combined Capital Expenditures means an amount equal to the sum, without duplication, of (i) Consolidated Capital Expenditures of Holdings and its Subsidiaries plus (ii) Consolidated Capital Expenditures of Xxxxxxx and its Subsidiaries.
