Commercial Collateral means Documentation specific to a Solution;
Commercial Collateral the playbook for partners, accessible via the Portal (or any other URL as notified by us from time to time) or any other means we provide this to you as updated from time to time and any other
Commercial Collateral which means pledged Commercial Mortgage Loans, their security (including all assignments of rents and assignments of leases), their related Loan Papers and the right to recover under the related Hazard Insurance Policies and the “MBS Collateral”, which means pledged MBS.

  • In the event of any breach of this clause 11.11 by us, then we will either provide a replacement Subscribed Solution and/or Commercial Collateral to correct the problem or refund the fees you paid.

  • If, by law, a particular term, warranty, guarantee or other promise relating to a Solution and/or Commercial Collateral would automatically be included in these Terms, we will only be bound by that term, warranty or promise to the extent set by law.

  • UCC Collateral is defined in Section 3.03.

  • First Priority Collateral means all assets, whether now owned or hereafter acquired by the Borrower or any other Loan Party, in which a Lien is granted or purported to be granted to any First Priority Secured Party as security for any First Priority Obligation.
