Examples of Commercial Forecast in a sentence
No later than one hundred twenty (120) days prior to the anticipated date of the First Commercial Sale, Celltech shall provide Orphan Medical with the initial Commercial Forecast which shall cover the five (5) calendar quarters commencing with and including the calendar quarter in which the First Commercial Sale is expected to occur.
The quantities of Product for the first calendar quarter of each Commercial Forecast shall be firm and Celltech shall be obligated to submit purchase orders in respect thereof.
The Commercial Forecast shall cover each of the next succeeding [***].
