Commercial Premises Means a place of trade or premises operated for financial gain, including but not limited to, a retirement village or a block of flats that has a common facility; a place of trade where the manufacture and production of products or produce takes place; a site where renovation, restoration and refurbishment work as described in Appendix B takes place.
Commercial property means property formerly or currently used primarily for business, retail, governmental or professional purposes.
Commercial building means a non-residential building other than an agricultural building, an industrial building or an institutional building.
Commercial project means any project, including, but not
Commercial Production means the operation of the Property or any portion thereof as a producing mine and the production of mineral products therefrom (excluding bulk sampling, pilot plant or test operations);
residential land means land used or capable of being used for residential purposes (but does not include land on which there is no residential dwelling).
Agricultural lands means land currently used for the purpose of producing an agricultural commodity for commercial purposes, land left fallow under a crop rotational program, or land enrolled in an agricultural subsidy or set-aside program.
Commercial area means an area in which at least 75% of the property is devoted
Commercial Launch means the initial First Commercial Sale of a Product in the Territory.
Lands means the purchase of real property or interest in real property.

Commercial unit means such a unit of goods as by commercial usage is a single whole for purposes of lease and division of which materially impairs its character or value on the market or in use. A commercial unit may be a single article, as a machine, or a set of articles, as a suite of furniture or a line of machinery, or a quantity, as a gross or carload, or any other unit treated in use or in the relevant market as a single whole.
Commercial real estate means real estate or an interest in real estate that is not any of the following:
Tribal lands means all lands within the exterior boundaries of any Indian reservation and all dependent Indian communities.
Agricultural land means land suitable for use in farming.
Area B means the area marked “Area B” outlined in orange on the Plan;
Area A means the area marked “Area A” outlined in red on the Plan (excluding that part shaded grey on the Plan);
Commercial Item means a commercial item as defined in FAR 2.101.
Development Property means a Property currently under development for use as an office or industrial building that has not become a Stabilized Property, or on which the improvements (other than tenant improvements on unoccupied space) related to the development have not been completed, provided that such a Development Property on which all improvements (other than tenant improvements on unoccupied space) related to the development of such Property have been completed for at least twelve (12) months shall cease to constitute a Development Property notwithstanding the fact that such Property has not become a Stabilized Property.
Crown lands has the same meaning as is given to that term by the Land Act;
Project Area means land or lands located within the incentive
communal land means land under the jurisdiction of a traditional council determined in terms of section 6 of the Eastern Cape Traditional Leadership and Governance Act, (Act 4 of 2005) and which was at any time vested in -
Redevelopment Project Area means an area designated by the municipality, which is not less in the aggregate than 1 1/2 acres and in respect to which the municipality has made a finding that there exist conditions which cause the area to be classified as an industrial park conservation area or a blighted area or a conservation area, or a combination of both blighted areas and conservation areas.
Redevelopment Property means a property owned by the Company or a Consolidated Subsidiary (a) where the commenced leased square footage is less than 60% of the sum of net rentable square feet and redevelopment space, with reasonable adjustments to leased square footage determined in good faith by the Company, including adjustments for available power, required support space and common area and (b) that the Company reasonably characterizes as held in whole or in part for redevelopment.
commercial fishing means to take, harvest, hold, transport, or off-load marine species for sale or intended sale (R.I. Gen. Laws § 20-1-3).
Joint Property means property that is owned by 2 or more persons with rights of survivorship, and includes a tenancy by the entireties in real property, a tenancy in personal property as provided in section 1 of 1927 PA 212, MCL 557.151, a joint tenancy, a joint tenancy with rights of survivorship, and a joint life estate with contingent remainder in fee. For purposes of this part, joint property is considered to consist of a present interest and a future interest. The future interest is the right of survivorship.
