Commercial Motor Vehicles definition

Commercial Motor Vehicles means motor vehicles used primarily for commercial purposes.
Commercial Motor Vehicles motor vehicles used primarily for commercial purposes governed by the Interstate Commerce Commission.
Commercial Motor Vehicles means any motor vehicle having permanently attached thereto a truck or delivery body and shall include ambulances, hearses, casket wagons, fire apparatus, police patrols, motor busses and tractors.

Commercial Motor Vehicles means all motor vehicles, including semi-trailers and trailers, designated or used for carrying freight or merchandise in the furtherance of any commercial enterprise.
