Commercial Updates definition

Commercial Updates means material information and developments with respect to the Obligors’ Commercialization plans and prospects for the Included Products.
Commercial Updates means a summary of material updates with respect to the Seller’s and its Affiliates’ and any Licensee’s sales and marketing activities and, if material, commercial manufacturing matters with respect to a Product.
Commercial Updates means a summary of material updates with respect to the Sellers’ and their Affiliates’ and any Permitted Licensee’s sales and marketing activities and commercial manufacturing matters with respect to the Product or any Related Product. Copies of internal presentations or reports of summaries of such material information or developments, and copies of presentations or reports received by each Seller from any Third Party, may constitute Commercial Updates.

Commercial Updates means material information and developments with respect to the commercialization plans and prospects for RTDS, including, without limitation, with respect a summary of significant commercial results and challenges anticipated; a summary of the commercialization and marketing activities with respect to RTDS.
