Commissioning Certificate definition

Commissioning Certificate means a certificate issued by Supplier to Purchaser, in the form attached as Exhibit M to the Supply Agreement, following completion of Commissioning of each Turbine.
Commissioning Certificate means a certificate following successful Commissioning of the Works as referred to in Article 19.2;
Commissioning Certificate means such documentation as agreed between the Customer and Fundamentals to confirm the correct performance of the Services.

Commissioning Certificate means a certificate issued by the Joint Commission or the EPC Expert (as the case may be) subsequent to:
