COMMON AREAS AND FACILITIES OF THE WHOLE PROJECT definition

COMMON AREAS AND FACILITIES OF THE WHOLE PROJECT means such common areas, facilities, equipment and spaces in the Whole Project meant for common use of and enjoyment of all the occupants of the Whole Project (as defined herein-below) and more particularly detailed in Part- I of the Schedule- D attached hereto. However, such common areas, facilities, equipment and spaces forms part of different phases of the Whole Project as detailed in Part I of Schedule- D attached hereto and accordingly common areas, facilities, equipment and spaces which forms part of any particular phase shall be developed with that particular phase.

COMMON AREAS AND FACILITIES OF THE WHOLE PROJECT means Scheduled Land and such common areas, facilities, equipments and spaces in the Whole Project meant for common use and enjoyment of all the occupants of the Whole Project (as defined herein-below) and more particularly detailed in the Schedule 10 Part A attached hereto. Related to COMMON AREAS AND FACILITIES OF THE WHOLE PROJECT

  • Common Areas is defined as all areas and facilities outside the Premises and within the exterior boundary line of the Project and interior utility raceways and installations within the Unit that are provided and designated by the Lessor from time to time for the general non-exclusive use of Lessor, Lessee and other tenants of the Project and their respective employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors and invitees, including parking areas, loading and unloading areas, trash areas, roadways, walkways, driveways and landscaped areas.
