Comms Group definition

Comms Group means the Comms Group entity named on the Cover Page. Comms Group Equipment means any equipment owned or used by us in the provision of Services to which you have access, but excluding Purchased Equipment. Comms Group Owned Equipment means all Equipment but excluding any Purchased Equipment in which title has passed to you in accordance with clause 12.3(a).

Examples of Comms Group in a sentence

  • Comms Group must hold the Security Deposit as security for the payment of any sums due under this Agreement.

  • If Comms Group deducts any monies from the Security Deposit under clause 5.1 you must pay Comms Group on demand by way of additional security that amount to replace the amount of the Security Deposit used in accordance with clause 5.2.

  • We will provide you with the Equipment nominated in your Order Form and any other Comms Group Equipment which we determine is necessary for the provision of the Services, on the terms of this Agreement.

  • If you fail to pay any amount due on the due date for payment, Comms Group may immediately deduct amounts owed from the Security Deposit as set-off of your payment obligation.

  • After that time, you are liable to compensate us on demand for loss and damage to the Comms Group Owned Equipment and the Purchased Equipment prior to title passing, however arising (other than wear and tear or as caused by us), including costs of repair or replacement, re-supply, delivery, installation and handling.

  • If required under clause 5.1, you must provide the Security Deposit to Comms Group within 5 Business Days of the date of the notice.

  • The Comms Group entity that is party to this Agreement is one of a group of Affiliated entities operating in different territories.

  • You acknowledge that we may be prevented from supplying the Services as described in full or at all, due to the actions of a Government, the Laws applying in a territory, the terms or policies of our Suppliers, or a Comms Group decision concerning any of the above, and that we have no liability in that event.

  • Unless otherwise agreed, you will undertake all installations of on-Site Equipment, and Comms Group will create all Services remotely.

  • Comms Group must return any part of the Security Deposit which is unused to the Customer, and release the Security Deposit, on termination of this agreement and completion of all Customer obligations.

Related to Comms Group

  • DBS Group means DBS Bank Ltd, its subsidiaries, affiliates, branches and related companies.

  • Brookfield Group means Brookfield and any Affiliates of Brookfield, other than any member of the BREP Group;

  • MNE Group means any Group that (i) includes two or more enterprises the tax residences of which are in different jurisdictions, or includes an enterprise that is resident for tax purposes in one jurisdiction and is subject to tax with respect to the business carried out through a permanent establishment in another jurisdiction, and (ii) is not an Excluded MNE Group;

  • SAP Group means SAP Parent and any of its Associated Companies.

  • SpinCo Group means (a) prior to the Effective Time, SpinCo and each Person that will be a Subsidiary of SpinCo as of immediately after the Effective Time, including the Transferred Entities, even if, prior to the Effective Time, such Person is not a Subsidiary of SpinCo; and (b) on and after the Effective Time, SpinCo and each Person that is a Subsidiary of SpinCo.

  • Parent Group has the meaning set forth in Section 8.03(c).

  • Xxxx Group means collectively Xxxx Capital Fund V, L.P., Xxxx Capital Fund V-B, L.P., BCIP Associates, BCIP Trust Associates, L.P. and Xxxxxxxx Street Partners.

  • Combined Group means a group of corporations or other entities that files a Combined Return.

  • Remainco Group means RemainCo and its Subsidiaries, other than the SpinCo Group.

  • Corporate Group means the Corporation and its Subsidiaries treated as a single consolidated entity.

  • Service Group means any one or more (as the context may require) of the service groups described in this Schedule;

  • News media means a newspaper or other periodical issued at regular intervals, news service in paper or electronic form, radio station, television station, television network, community antenna television service, or person or corporation engaged in making news reels or other motion picture news for public showing. (Section 2(f) of FOIA)

  • Group the Company and its subsidiaries

  • Group Business Entity means;

  • Related Group For Loan Group 1, Group 1 and for Loan Group 2, Group 2.

  • SpinCo Entities means the entities, the equity, partnership, membership, limited liability, joint venture or similar interests of which are set forth on Schedule IV under the caption “Joint Ventures and Minority Investments.”

  • Minority Group means any of the following racial or ethnic groups:

  • Participating Company Group means, at any point in time, all corporations collectively which are then Participating Companies.

  • Seller’s Group means the Seller and any company which is, on or after the date of this Agreement, a subsidiary or holding company of the Seller or a subsidiary of a holding company of the Seller, and excludes, for the avoidance of doubt, any Group Company, and "Seller's Group Company" shall be construed accordingly.

  • SpinCo shall have the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

  • BHC Affiliate has the meaning assigned to the term “affiliate” in, and shall be interpreted in accordance with, 12 U.S.C. §1841(k).

  • Promoter Group means such persons and entities constituting the promoter group as per Regulation 2(1)(pp) of the SEBI ICDR Regulations.

  • Designated Group means - i) Black designated groups; ii) Black People; iii) Women; iv) people with disabilities or v) Small enterprise, as defined in Section 1 of National Small Enterprise Act, (102 of 1996)

  • Target Group means the Target and its Subsidiaries.

  • the Group means the Company and its subsidiary undertakings (if any); and

  • Xxxxx Group means Xxxxx and any Affiliate of Xxxxx.
