Communications Licences definition

Communications Licences means the licences, permits, authorisations or certificates to construct, own, operate or promote the telecommunications business of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries (including, without limitation, the launch and operation of Satellites) as granted, or to be granted, by the FCC or the ANFR (and any other Governmental Authority), and all extensions, additions and renewals thereto or thereof.
Communications Licences means the licences, permits, authorisations or certificates to construct, own, operate or promote the telecommunications business of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries (including, without limitation, the launch and operation of Satellites) as granted by the FCC (and any other Governmental Authority), and all extensions, additions and renewals thereto or thereof.
Communications Licences means any Licence issued or granted by the relevant Governmental Authority regulating the telecommunications business of the Target Group in India.

  • During 2019 the publication of the Communications (Licences) Regulations has enabled the Regulator to draw together the issuing of licences and supporting guidance for aviation, maritime and amateur radio (including the Restricted 2m licence) thus ensure the Islands are ITU compliant.

  • FCC Licenses means broadcasting and other licenses, authorizations, waivers and permits which are issued from time to time by the FCC.

  • Communications Laws means the Communications Act of 1934, and any similar or successor federal statute, together with all published rules, regulations, policies, orders and decisions of the FCC promulgated thereunder.

  • Business Licenses has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 1.01(a)(x).

  • Approvals means all approvals, consents, authorisations, permissions, licences, resolutions, exemptions, registrations, filings, permits and rights from all government, regulatory and statutory entities and authorities;

For each Patent and Patent application in the Company Registered IP, the Target Companies have obtained valid assignments of inventions from each inventor. Except as set forth on Schedule 4.13(a)(iii), all Company Registered IP is owned exclusively by the applicable Target Company without obligation to pay royalties, licensing fees or other fees, or otherwise account to any third party with respect to such Company Registered IP.

  • Inbound Licenses means, collectively, any Contract (including covenants not to xxx) or other permission pursuant to which Seller is authorized or otherwise permitted to access or exploit any other Person’s IP, or any Contract pursuant to which Seller obtains a right to access or exploit a Person’s IP in the form of commercially available object code software or services, such as a software as a services Contract or a cloud services Contract.

  • IP Licenses means all the contracts, licenses and agreements to which the Company is a party with respect to any Intellectual Property or Intellectual Property Rights licensed to or by, or created for or by, the Company.

  • FCC License means a License issued or granted by the FCC.

  • Authorizations means all filings, recordings, and registrations with, and all validations or exemptions, approvals, orders, authorizations, consents, franchises, licenses, certificates, and permits from, any Governmental Authority.

  • Communications channel means a physical or virtual path of communications over which signals are transmitted between or among customer channel termination points.

  • Licences means conditional use of another party’s intellectual property rights.

  • Government Approvals means all permits, licenses, authorisations, consents, clearances, decrees, waivers, privileges, approvals from and filing with government instrumentalities necessary for the development, construction and operation of the Work.

  • Governmental Authorizations means any approval, consent, license, permit, waiver, or other authorization issued, granted, given, or otherwise made available by or under the authority of any Governmental Entity or pursuant to any Legal Requirement.

  • Trade Secret Licenses means any and all agreements providing for the granting of any right in or to Trade Secrets (whether such Grantor is licensee or licensor thereunder).

  • Regulatory Authorizations means all approvals, clearances, authorizations, registrations, certifications, licenses and permits granted by any Regulatory Authority, including all INDs and NDAs.

  • Clearances means all consents, clearances, permissions and waivers that need to be obtained, all applications and filings that need to be made and all waiting periods that may need to have expired, from or under the Laws or practices applied by any Governmental Body in connection with the implementation of the Scheme and/or the Acquisition and, in each case, that constitute a Condition; and any reference to Conditions having been “satisfied” shall be construed as meaning that the foregoing have been obtained, or where appropriate, made or expired in accordance with the relevant Condition;

  • Generation Licence means an electricity generation licence granted or treated as granted pursuant to section 6(1)(a) of the EA 1989 that authorises a person to generate electricity;

  • Export Approvals has the meaning specified in Section 4.26(a).

  • Communications Provisions means the Communications Provisions in [Part 10, Chapter 4] of the General Regulations.

  • Third Party Licenses has the meaning set forth in Section 3.

  • Environmental Authorizations means all licenses, permits, orders, approvals, notices, registrations or other legal prerequisites for conducting the business of the Borrower or any Subsidiary required by any Environmental Requirement.

  • Regulatory Permits means all Permits granted by the FDA or any comparable Governmental Entity to the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, including investigational new drug applications, Biologics License Applications, manufacturing approvals and authorizations, clinical trial authorizations and ethical reviews, or their national or foreign equivalents.

  • Health Care Permits means any and all permits, licenses, authorizations, certificates, certificates of need, accreditations and plans of third-party accreditation agencies that are (a) necessary to enable any Borrower to operate any health care facility or participate in and receive payment under any Government Reimbursement Program or other Third Party Payor Arrangement, as applicable, or otherwise continue to conduct its business as it is conducted on the Closing Date, or (b) required under any Health Care Law.
