Community confinement facility definition
Community confinement facility means a facility housing individuals, under the authority of the Department as part of a term of confinement or a condition of pre-trial release supervision, who are participating in gainful employment, employment search efforts, community service, vocational training, treatment, educational programs, or similar facility-approved programs during non-residential hours.
