Employment Search. 1. In accepting this Xxxxx Fellowship, I agree to make a full and good faith effort to seek Federal employment in positions for which I am qualified, based on my education and experience.
2. I will create and maintain an updated resume on the NSEPNet website, xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx.
3. I will seek job search assistance from NSEP as needed after the Xxxxx Fellowship.
4. I will document all my job search activities, including submission of formal job applications, through entries in my Job Search History Log located on the NSEPNet website, xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx.
5. I understand that I may be offered the opportunity to voluntarily participate in the security clearance process in order to facilitate employment in an area related to national security. I understand that undergoing this process does not guarantee a security clearance.
Employment Search. The Employee will, before the close of each month of such employment for which he claims payment pursuant to Subsection A of this Section, give the Company a detailed written account of Employee’s efforts to obtain employment, and such account will include a statement by the Employee that although he conscientiously sought employment he was unable to obtain comparable employment solely because of the provision of Section 16(C).
Employment Search a. Where an Employee receives notice under the terms of this Agreement, the Company will grant up to the equivalent of one working day per week during the period of notice prescribed in Clause 22.3 of this Agreement for the purposes of attending employment interviews. Evidence shall be required of such interview before payment is made.
b. Where an Employee is made redundant/retrenched the Company will assist the Employee to find suitable employment. To this end, the Company will consult suitable agencies.

Employment Search. The Company acknowledges and agrees that Executive may, during the Transition Period, contact and interview with prospective employers.
Employment Search. The Employee will, before the close of each month of such unemployment for which he claims payment pursuant to Subparagraph (a) of the Paragraph, give the Company a detailed written account of his efforts to obtain employment, and such account will include a statement by the Employee that although he conscientiously sought employment, he was unable to obtain comparable employment solely because of the provisions of Paragraph 5(d).
