Company Car. Expenses shall include: (i) insurance; (ii) gas, regular servicing, maintenance and repairs (unless caused by Executive's own negligence, mistreatment or misuse of the Company Car, or from Executive's own misconduct); and (iii) all lease or debt service payments on such Company Car. Executive shall be responsible for all personal costs and expenses associated with any personal use of the Company Car. All Company Car Expenses shall be reimbursed and payable consistent with the provisions of Section 3.3 above. In the event that Company adopts a "car allowance " policy, Executive's allowance shall be approximately Five Hundred and No/100 Dollars ($500.00), provided such sum is reasonably comparable to that being provided similar executives and managers of the Company.
