Company Customer Contracts definition

Company Customer Contracts shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.17(c)(i).
Company Customer Contracts means an agreement entered into in relation to the provision of bulk Testing Services between Company and a customer of Company in which the annual revenue earned from such agreement is over two million, five hundred thousand Euros (€2,500,000.00);
Company Customer Contracts means any Contract entered into by and between a Company customer and the Company for the acquisition of Commercial Inverter Products in excess of $20,000 per annum.

  • END USER CUSTOMER LOCATION means the physical location of the premises where an End User makes use of the telecommunications services.

  • Company Contract means any Contract: (a) to which the Company or any of its Subsidiaries is a Party; (b) by which the Company or any of its Subsidiaries or any Company IP or any other asset of the Company or its Subsidiaries is or may become bound or under which the Company or any of its Subsidiaries has, or may become subject to, any obligation; or (c) under which the Company or any of its Subsidiaries has or may acquire any right or interest.

  • Native Load Customers means the wholesale and retail power customers of a Transmission Owner on whose behalf the Transmission Owner, by statute, franchise, regulatory requirement, or contract, has undertaken an obligation to construct and operate the Transmission Owner’s system to meet the reliable electric needs of such customers.

  • End Customer means any party that is licensed to receive the Data either directly or via a Redistributor or group of Redistributors.

  • End User Customer means a third party retail Customer that subscribes to a Telecommunications Service provided by either of the Parties or by another Carrier or by two (2) or more Carriers.

  • New Customer has the meaning set forth in Section 17.3(b).

  • Company Products means all products or services produced, marketed, licensed, sold, distributed or performed by or on behalf of the Company or any Subsidiary and all products or services currently under development by the Company or any Subsidiary.
