Company Formation Documents definition

Company Formation Documents has the meaning set forth in Section 5.1.
Company Formation Documents shall have the meaning specified in Section 3.1.
Company Formation Documents has the meaning given such term in Section 2.1, and includes, but is not limited to such other documents and instruments, in form and content satisfactory to the Parties, as may be required to be executed, filed, and/or registered under applicable law and regulations to form the Company.

More Definitions of Company Formation Documents

Company Formation Documents means the Certificate of Formation and the LLC Agreement of the Company, as in effect on the date hereof, and as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the provisions hereof and thereof.
Company Formation Documents the Second Amended and Restated Articles of Incorporation of the Company, dated November 16, 2020, as filed with the Secretary of State of the State of Nevada, as the same may be amended and restated from time to time.

Related to Company Formation Documents

  • Formation Documents means, collectively, the Issuer LLC Agreement, the Issuer Certificate of Formation and any other document pursuant to which the Issuer is formed or governed, as each may be amended or supplemented from time to time.

  • L/C Documents means the Letters of Credit, any draft or other document presented in connection with a drawing thereunder, the Applications and this Agreement.
