Company Owned Technology definition

Company Owned Technology means all technology in which the Acquired Companies own or purport to own Intellectual Property.
Company Owned Technology means all Company Technology owned by the Company or one of its Subsidiaries.
Company Owned Technology means any and all Technology owned or purported to be owned by the Company or any Company Subsidiary in connection with its business as presently conducted or proposed to be conducted.
