Company Percentage definition

Company Percentage shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8(e)(i) of this Agreement.
Company Percentage as of the Effective Date, with respect to the Company, 66 2/3%; provided, that upon written notice by the Borrowers to the Administrative Agent, such percentage (a) may be increased and/or decreased from time to time and at any time by the Borrowers, and (b) as of the effective date for any such increase or decrease specified by the Borrowers in the applicable notice thereof, shall be the percentage so specified.
Company Percentage of a Member on a pertinent date means the ratio (expressed as a percentage) of the number of Common Units held by such Member to the aggregate Common Units held by all Members.

  • Any such withholding or withdrawal shall reduce each affected Member’s Membership Interest and Company Percentage until such time, if any, as the amount of any such withholding or withdrawal is returned in whole or in part, to such Member’s Capital Account.

Company Percentage means 15%.
