Company Product Data definition

Company Product Data means all data and information, whether in electronic or any other form or medium, that is accessed, collected, used, processed, stored, shared, distributed, transferred, disclosed, destroyed, or disposed of by any of the Company Products.
Company Product Data means (i) all data and content uploaded or otherwise provided by or for customers or users (or any of their respective customers or users) of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries to, or stored by or for customers or users (or any of their respective customers or users) of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries on the Company Products; (ii) all data and content (including any voice, video, email, text messaging, or other communications) created, compiled, inferred, derived, transmitted, or otherwise collected or obtained by or for the Company Products or by or for the Company or any of its Subsidiaries in connection with its provision of the Company Products or operation of the business of the Company and its Subsidiaries; and (iii) data and content compiled, inferred, or derived directly or indirectly from any of the data and content described in subclauses (i) and (ii) above.
Company Product Data means (i) all data and content uploaded or otherwise provided by or for customers or users (or their respective customers or users) of the Company or the Company Subsidiaries to, or stored by or for customers or users (or their respective customers or users) of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries on, the Company Products; (ii) all data and content created, compiled, inferred, derived, or otherwise collected or obtained by or for the Company Products or by or for the Company or any Company Subsidiary in its provision or operation of the Company Products; and (iii) data and content compiled, inferred, or derived directly or indirectly from any of the data and content described in subclauses (i) and (ii) above.

Examples of Company Product Data in a sentence

  • The Company: (i) exclusively owns and possesses all right, title and interest in and to or have the right pursuant to a valid and enforceable written agreement to use all Company Product Data, and (ii) have rights to use all of the Company Product Data in the operation of its business as currently conducted.

  • The Acquired Companies have all rights in and to the Acquired Company Product Data necessary for the operation of the Business, including where applicable the rights to publish, reproduce, distribute, license, sell and create derivative works of the Acquired Company Product Data.

  • There has been no Order or government or third party settlement directly relating to the collection, obtainment, storage, hosting, use, disclosure, transmission, transfer, disposal, possession, interception, analysis, scanning other processing or security of any Personal Data or Company Product Data by the Company.

  • The Company has full rights, without obtaining any new consent, to transfer to Parent all Company Product Data and Personal Data in the Company’s direct or indirect possession or control without violating any Company Privacy Policy or Privacy Legal Requirement.

  • Company will comply with any Regulatory Authority request for Company Product Data relating to the use of Foresight Assay as a Companion Diagnostic with a Company Product, and shall reasonably cooperate with Foresight to comply with any other Regulatory Authority request for Company Product Data.

Company Product Data means all data and information, including Personal Information, whether in electronic or any other form or medium, that is accessed, collected, used, processed, stored, shared, distributed, transferred, disclosed, destroyed or disposed of by or on behalf of any of the Company Products, including (a) all data and content uploaded or otherwise provided by or for customers of the Company to the Company Products, or provided to or stored by end users of the customers of the Company on the Company Products, (b) all data and content created, compiled, inferred, derived or otherwise collected or obtained by or for the Company Products or by or for the Company in its provision of the Company Products or operation of the business of the Company, and (c) data and content compiled, inferred, or derived directly or indirectly from any of the data and content described in subclauses (a) and (b) above.
Company Product Data means all data and information, including Personally Identifiable Information, whether in electronic or any other form or medium, that is accessed, collected, used, processed, stored, shared, distributed, transferred, disclosed, destroyed, or disposed of by any of the Company Products or otherwise in connection with the operation of the Company’s and its Subsidiaries’ business.
Company Product Data means all data and information, whether in electronic or any other form or medium, that is accessed, collected, used, processed or stored by the Company in the current conduct of its businesses.
Company Product Data means all data uploaded or otherwise provided by or for customers of the Company, in connection with any Company Product.
Company Product Data means all manufacturing information and data, and all submissions and correspondence with or to any Governmental Authority regarding any Company Product or Facility;
Company Product Data means data provided as a product or service of the Company or its Subsidiaries, including, without limitation, (i) data derived or compiled from customers’ transaction-level account data collected in the ordinary course of business by or on behalf of the Company and its Subsidiaries, (ii) metadata and correlations, algorithms and findings directly or indirectly derived or compiled by or on behalf of the Company or its Subsidiaries from such data, whether using such data exclusively or combined with other data, and (iii) summaries and analyses prepared by or on behalf of the Company or its Subsidiaries of or involving such data.
Company Product Data means all data uploaded or otherwise provided by or for customers of the Company, in connection with the Company Product.
