Company Releasees definition

Company Releasees shall include the Company and its Affiliates (as defined in the Agreement), and their officers, directors, trustees, members, representatives, agents, employees, shareholders, partners, attorneys, and insurers, and their predecessors and successors.

Company Releasees shall refer to (i) the Company, (ii) each of the Company’s owners, stockholders, predecessors, successors, assigns, agents, directors, officers, employees, representatives, attorneys, advisors, and affiliates (including parent companies, divisions, and subsidiaries), (iii) agents, directors, officers, employees, representatives, attorneys and advisors of such affiliates (including parent companies, divisions, and subsidiaries), and (iv) all persons and entities acting by, through, under or in concert with any of them

Company Releasees shall include the Company and its affiliates and their current, former and future officers, directors, trustees, members, employees, partners, assigns and administrators and fiduciaries under any employee benefit plan of the Company and of any affiliate, and insurers, and their predecessors and successors.

Examples of Company Releasees in a sentence

• Executive agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company Releasees from any liability, claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses and attorneys’ fees incurred as a result of any such assignment or transfer from Executive.

• Executive represents and warrants to the Company Releasees that there has been no assignment or other transfer of any interest in any Claim that Executive may have against the Company Releasees.

More Definitions of Company Releasees

Company Releasees means the Company and all of its present and future Affiliates, and all directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and representatives of any of the foregoing entities, and all successors and assigns of each of the foregoing persons or entities.

Company Releasees has the meaning set forth in Section 12.15.

Company Releasees is defined to include the Company and/or any of its parents, subsidiaries or affiliates, predecessors, successors or assigns, and its and their respective current and/or former directors, shareholders/stockholders, officers, employees, attorneys and/or agents, all both individually and in their official capacities.

Company Releasees has the meaning set forth in Section 9.16.

Company Releasees shall have the meaning set forth in paragraph 10(a).

Company Releasees as used in this Agreement is defined to mean, individually and collectively, the Company, all of its divisions, all of its parent, successor, subsidiary, and affiliated companies and entities, and each of its or their officers (including but not limited to Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx, Xxxx Xxxxxx and Xxxxx X’Xxxxx), directors (including but not limited to Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx and Xxxx Xxxxxx), shareholders, partners, limited partners, agents, attorneys, employees, consultants, representatives, licensees, vendors, and assigns, past and present and each of them.
