Company Revenue definition

Company Revenue means the gross cash receipts from Company operations (including sales and dispositions of Company Assets (including Contracted RECs), insurance payments, warranty payments, cash previously reserved).
Company Revenue means revenues (net of any and all sales adjustments, including but not limited to, customer credits for markdowns, promotions, returns, damages, cooperative advertising, rebates, discounts, or other promotional activities, other reductions of customer revenues, and any other amounts paid to customers) of the Company as determined in accordance with GAAP, and as set forth on the face of the audited financial statements for the Baseline Period and for the Earn-out Period.
Company Revenue means amounts received by the Company through the direct sales efforts of Executive, including advisory fees, consulting fees, management fees and the gain or loss resulting from the purchasing and selling (or selling and then purchasing) of securities, loans or other financial derivatives from one client to another. Such purchases and sales will be required to occur substantially simultaneously unless otherwise approved by the Company and shall be recorded on the trading journals and accounting systems of the Company. Amounts due to Executive as Company Base Commission shall accrue but not be paid until the earlier of (i) six months after the execution of this Agreement or (ii) upon Manhattan Bancorp raising at least $25 million in new equity capital after the date hereof.

Company Revenue means revenue of the Company for a Calculation Period, as determined on an accrual basis in accordance with GAAP, consistently applied for the Calculation Period. For purposes of this definition, Company Revenue shall exclude revenue derived from the reimbursement of out-of-pocket expenses by clients or customers of the Company.
Company Revenue means: (i) 100% of the revenue of the Company Group during the Earn-Out Period from sales of Company Products; and (ii) 100% of the revenue of the Company Group or Buyer European Subsidiary during the Earn-Out Period from sales of Buyer Products, in each of (i) and (ii), determined in accordance with GAAP applied using the Buyer’s revenue recognition policies.
