Company Sale Notice definition

Company Sale Notice shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.2(a).
Company Sale Notice means a Notice of Offering pursuant to Subsection 4.1 from the Company to each Security Holder stating that the Company proposes to effect a Company Public Sale Event.
Company Sale Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 6.5(b).
