Company Security Documents definition

Company Security Documents means, collectively, the Xxxxx Company Security Documents, the Oracle Company Security Documents, the Xxxxxx Company Security Documents, the 2002 Company Security Documents and the 2004 Company Security Documents.

Company Security Documents means the Company Pledge Agreement and the Company Security Agreement.

Company Security Documents has the meaning specified in Section 5.19(b).

Examples of Company Security Documents in a sentence

• All references to the Master Lease in all Lease/Purchase Documents shall, from and after the date hereof, refer to the Master Lease, as amended by this Amendment, and all obligations of the Company under the Lease/Purchase Documents shall be secured by and be entitled to the benefits of the Company Security Documents.

• All Company Security Documents heretofore executed by the Restricted Group shall remain in full force and effect and such Company Security Documents are hereby ratified and affirmed.

• On the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in the Company Security Documents, the payment and performance of the obligations of the Company under the Securities issued under this Indenture, including this Security, are secured by the Company Collateral and have the benefit of the Subsidiaries Guaranty Agreement executed by each Subsidiary of the Company.

Company Security Documents means all of the Company Security Agreement, the Company Pledge Agreement, the Company Trademark Pledge and the Company Patent Security Agreement.

Company Security Documents each of the Company Guarantee and Security Agreement, the Company Leasehold Mortgage, each Mortgage, Leasehold Security Document, and Intellectual Property Security Agreement and all other security documents from time to time delivered to the Borrower to secure the obligations of the Company under the Lease/Purchase Documents.

Company Security Documents means: (i) the Intercreditor Agreement dated December 13, 2013; (ii) Company Trust Agreement; (iii) the Company Share Pledge Agreement; and (iv) the non-possessory pledge agreement dated January 7, 2014;
