Company Severance Plan definition

Company Severance Plan means the Time Inc. Severance Plan for Regular Employees, as amended and restated effective September 1, 2017.

Company Severance Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.03(a).

Company Severance Plan means the Company’s Amended and Restated Severance Plan, as amended from time to time.

• Newco agrees to honor all obligations under the Company Severance Plan for Continuing Employees (other than Continuing Employees who are party to an employment agreement with Parent entered into in connection with this Agreement) whose employment is terminated during the one-year period following the Effective Time, and the Company Severance Plan shall not be amended or modified during such one-year period.

• Pursuant to the terms of the Everest Reinsurance Company Severance Plan for United States Employees Xxxxxxx shall not be eligible for benefits under such Severance Plan.

Company Severance Plan shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 6.20(a) hereof.
