Company Trading Adviser definition

Company Trading Adviser means, in relation to each particular Series, the person specified in respect of a particular Company to act as that Company’s trading adviser;

  • Shareholder Associated Person of any Shareholder means (i) any person controlling, directly or indirectly, or acting in concert with, such Shareholder, (ii) any beneficial owner of shares of stock of the Corporation owned of record or beneficially by such Shareholder, and (iii) any person controlling, controlled by or under common control with such Shareholder Associated Person.

  • Public fund means the state treasurer or a retirement system.

  • Investment Consultant means any individual or organization employed to provide advisory services, including advice on investment objectives and/or asset allocation, manager search, and performance monitoring.
