Comparable Project means a mixed-use project which includes a first class hotel and/or casino as its sole or primary component and which (i) has been constructed or renovated within the five (5) year period immediately preceding the date in question, (ii) is comparable in size and quality to the Hotel Project as contemplated by the Schematic Plans and (iii) is located in the United States.
