Permanent Facility definition

Permanent Facility means a facility that is designed primarily for sewage sludge treatment or sewage sludge composting.

Permanent Facility has the meaning set forth in Section 2.14.

More Definitions of Permanent Facility

Permanent Facility means the Operator's permanent facility to be located at a site in the City of Xxxxxx mutually agreed by the Operator and the RHA, each acting reasonably.
