Moreover, no travel, lodging or meal expenses associated with the Deliverables, nor any fines or similar penalties, associated with Developer's performance under this Agreement, and no costs or expenses associated with the negotiation or execution of this Agreement, nor any costs or expenses associated with the negotiation or execution of any Comprehensive Agreement, will be reimbursable as Compensable Costs.
