Compensation Threshold definition

Compensation Threshold for a year means the amount of compensation designated under Internal Revenue Code Section 414(q)(1)(B) for such year by the Internal Revenue Service.
Compensation Threshold for a Plan Year means the amount of compensation designated by the Internal Revenue Service under Internal Revenue Code Section 416(i)(l)(A)(i) for the calendar year that includes the Eligibility Determination Date.
Compensation Threshold means BBB (stable outlook) (in the case of S&P) or Baa2 (stable outlook) (in the case of Moody’s) or the equivalent rating level of any Substitute Rating Agency.
