Compensatory mitigation means types of mitigation used to replace project-induced critical area and buffer losses or impacts.
Mitigation plan means a proposal that includes the process or means to achieve carbon dioxide mitigation through use of mitigation projects or carbon credits.
Compensatory time off means authorized time off earned by or awarded to an employee to compensate in whole or in part for time worked in excess of the minimum work time required of that employee as a condition of his or her employment.

The Company shall maintain documentation of the determination of that reasonable estimate and provide such documentation to the Exchange in accordance with the Listing Standards.

When moving to an address within your local utility’s service territory, XOOM will make every effort to transfer your service to your new service address, provided that you notify XOOM within fifteen (15) days of your move.
