Compensatory Property definition

Compensatory Property has the meaning set forth in Section 6(g) hereof.

Examples of Compensatory Property in a sentence

  • For purposes of this Section 3.5, publicly-traded shares of Old Mutual issued pursuant to the Old Mutual Restricted Share Plan shall constitute Compensatory Property.
