Competitive Provider definition

Competitive Provider means an entity providing the same or equivalent services through the use of its own or leased facilities including resellers. The service must satisfy the Commission's rules of minimum service standards regardless of whether the provider is regulated by the Commission.
Competitive Provider means a competitive telecommunications provider as defined in ORS 759.005(1), who provides services authorized pursuant to ORS 759.020.
Competitive Provider means a competitive telecommunications provider as defined in ORS 759.005(21)(a) that provides services authorized under ORS 759.020.

  • For example, a Competitive Provider that purchases Dedicated Services must respond to the data collection questions directed at Competitive Providers and Purchasers.
