Competitive Standard Service definition

Competitive Standard Service means a service which, unless a contrary determination by the Director applies pursuant to Condition 47.10:
Competitive Standard Service a Standard Service the market for which is determined by the Director General to be competitive pursuant to Condition 47.10 of the BT Licence;
Competitive Standard Service means a Standard Service. the market for which has been determined by the Director to be competitive and a new Standard Service offered in accordance with paragraph 9.15 and which in either case has not ceased to be :: Competitive Standard Service pursuant to paragraph 9.15(c).
